Joseph Gordon-Levitt stood very calm among the noise and celebrity ceremony of a Toronto International Film Festival red carpet gala tonight for the movie ‘Snowden’. What is uncomfortable to me is how Edward Snowden sacrificed his life so that we can pursue our rights and freedoms. At TIFF tonight, I was very aware of this fact. What I hope is that one day soon we can have a much bigger event with Edward Snowden.
